Luciana Telemaque, a Doctor of Philosophy in Project Management from Seychelles, has over 30 years of managerial experience, including 20 years at the senior level and 10 years leading procurement departments. She is the first in Seychelles to complete the Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply (CIPS) Level 4 Foundation Diploma, earning a Best Performance Award in 2011. With 31 years of experience in the airline industry (Air Seychelles) and additional roles in public sector management, she now serves as Manager of Procurement and Warehousing at Cable and Wireless Seychelles. Telemaque also lectures part-time at The Guy Morel Institute.
