Step 1

The No Response is a temporary status that should last no more than 1 week.

  • You may update new prospects under No Status to No Response after you have tried contacing them unsuccessfully. You may leave a voice message and try calling them again at a later time. If after 3 days and 2 calls per day, the prospect still does not answer, you may move them to Unable to Contact. If they respond, move them accordingly to Open, Enrolling, etc. You may keep prospects under No Response for no more than 1 week while you try to contact them
