Learn how to recover an expired enrolling. These are shown in blue in your E-List.

• In order to recover an expired enrolling you must update the Enroll Date. You may change it if you were not able to contact the prospect at the specified date or you may also change it if the prospect chooses to the enroll at a different time. Don't let your hard work go to waste, and update your expired enrollings as needed to work them again at a later time
