Step 1

New Prospects that have not been called or worked within 24 hours will be automatically updated to the Unattended status.

• You must change the status of new prospects within 24 hours or otherwise they will be marked as Unattended. Unattended prospects receive several marketing emails to keep them informed and try to generate a second response from the prospect while you try to contact them.
