The first Latin American Congress of Ontological Coaching took place in Argentina. - December-6-2015
As President of the Argentina Association of Professional Coaching (AAPC), Alejandro Gustavo Marchesán

As President of the Argentina Association of Professional Coaching (AAPC), Alejandro Gustavo Marchesán was one of the speakers and also delivered the closing message of Congress where  1,100 people were present and there were 800 people via streaming.

In addition, he assumed the Vice-presidency of FICOP- International Federation of Professional Ontological Coaching after the Latin American Congress took place.

Alejandro has recent completed a Doctorate program in Human Resources at AIU.
