My name is Sunday Ademola Adebamiro, a graduate of a doctorate in International Business from the School of Business and Economics at the Atlantic International University.
I want to state emphatically that my experience at the AIU has been quite remarkable. From the point of securing the Admission to the time of graduation, I have enjoyed a massive support from the school management and officials.
The first positive experience I had that ignited my interest in pursuing a doctorate degree at AIU was the scholarship offer of about $7000 dollars extended to me from the commencement of the program. The scholarship offer motivated me and also made the course very affordable. I was also attracted and encouraged by the flexible method of paying the tuition fees. I was surprised to know that I could pay a monthly amount as low as $100 to $150 to enable me offset my tuition fees gradually.
In the course of my study, I had some personal, family and work-related challenges that affected my finance. The challenges made it difficult for me to keep up with the monthly payment of my tuition fees for several months. At a point, I thought I would not be able to continue with the program due to backlog of unpaid tuition fees. However, I was greatly overwhelmed with the support I received from the staff and management of AIU. They kept reaching out, encouraging and motivating me. They displayed great level of understanding, sensitivity, patience, kindness, empathy, care and affection. I have never experienced such kind of patience, care, understanding, love, politeness, and support from any institution of learning that I have attended in the past. The kind of experience I had at AIU was beyond “School – Student relationship”. It was a family kind of relationship and it will continue to linger in my heart for a long time. The fact that the School was there for me, cared about me and supported me at the lowest point of my life, is an experience I will never forget.
At AIU, my potentials were further developed and mindset completely transformed. In the course of my program at the School, I was made to realized that I am unique, special, unrepeatable and irreplaceable.
I also enjoyed the teaching method at AIU. It was completely hands-on. From the point of designing the curriculum, going through the lecture materials, preparing the assignments, I was completely involved and properly guided.
I observed that most of the courses I undertook at AIU were very practical and relevant to real life issues. They had direct impact on my life, family, relationships, finance and career.
AIU transformed my life completely. The School boosted my confidence, raised my status, helped me to accomplish what looked impossible, brought out my hidden potentials, made me an asset and role model to my family, friends, community and nation at large.
AIU has redefined the way educational services are rendered globally. It has made quality education affordable and accessible to people regardless of their location, status, color or race. It is not just a school. It is a phenomenon. It is a movement!
I will recommend AIU to all my friends, relatives and colleagues because of the life-changing experience I had in the course of my study at the School.
