I just completed a Doctorate program in Business Administration from the School of Business and
Economic of Atlantic International University(AIU). My focus during this program was more on areas
of Personnel Management, Strategic Management, Human resource management, leadership and
direction with my thesis on Human resource management. Knowledge gained have started yielding
good results in my business and consulting services my company currently offer.
I have been able to apply a lot of Critical thinking in new initiatives and product development in
enhancing the business. Also, I am beginning to have less staff turnover and retainerships with more
commitment and dedication from my staff. I am now seeing higher productivity and turnover in the
past one and half years despite the political, health and environmental challenges around the world.
