Dear AIU, Studying a degree programme at AIU gave me a lot of exciting experience that will live with me. From the admission application process through the various orientation and academic phases enlightened me on the values students can gain through distance learning medium like AIU. Thank you, Mr James Christopher, for facilitating my admission and scholarship. You pioneered the journey for me and enabled me with flexible payment plan without which, I couldn’t have achieved this feat in my career pursuits in Public Health especially Human Nutrition for healthy living. I can remember my first quiz on Biostatistics which I scored an A grade. I took that exam while working and my colleagues were amazed by my excitement on passing the exam with such grade because back at the First Degree (B.Sc) at the University, Statistics course was one of my nightmare. Classes were physical (in-person) but comprehension was a challenge. So, been tutored virtually with supports of e-learning materials that made the course easier to assimilate was an absolute testimony I shared gladly with relatives. I can remember having sessions with my Tutors through WhatsApp, following me up to ensure I understood the subjects I enrolled, despite the time differences, it pleased my heart to see their commitments to my academic success at AIU and to be the Professional in knowledge and skill as a Public Health Expert. Thank Tutor Renato, Brittney, and others. Additionally, I appreciate Sandra Gracia for her constant encouragement through mails during the difficult economic woes in my country Nigeria which delayed my graduation before now. Her mails were a vital motivation to finish paying my fees. In conclusion, I appreciate the opportunity to be a student of AIU and I will spread the great experiences I had while studying here.
