The project focuses on introducing solar energy to Cunene Province, Angola, where energy scarcity severely hampers development. Only a few localities currently receive electricity, primarily from Namibia, leaving many communities in darkness and poverty. By establishing solar power systems, we intend to provide reliable energy access, which is essential for economic growth and improving living conditions. This initiative also emphasizes training local residents to manage and maintain the solar infrastructure, ensuring sustainability and participatory development. Moreover, connecting communities to modern technology will enhance communication, education, and employment opportunities, thereby elevating the overall quality of life. The project envisions a shift from dependency on imported fuels to renewable energy sources, fostering resilience and self-sufficiency.
