Bea Botha completed a calculus quiz earning a 75% score. Key topics included derivatives, limits, and integrals. Bea answered questions accurately on derivatives of common functions and key limits but struggled with area calculations, selecting an incorrect area under the curve. The quiz reinforced foundational concepts such as the derivative as a rate of change and the integral as an area calculation. Overall, Bea demonstrated solid understanding but showed some gaps in applying calculus to area problems. This review highlights strengths in differentiation and limits while emphasizing the need for further practice in integral applications.

Bea Botha successfully completed her Calculus and Mathematics quiz with a score of 75%. She correctly identified the derivatives of basic functions, such as x2, sin(x), and ln(x). Bea also understood important limits, like limx→0xsinx=1. However, she made a mistake on calculating the area under the curve of f(x)=x2 from 0 to 1, selecting an incorrect answer. This indicates good conceptual knowledge but suggests further practice in applying integral formulas. Her grasp of derivatives and limits is strong, which is essential for calculus. Continuous review and problem-solving practice are recommended to strengthen her understanding of area calculations and integrals.
