She recently presented her thesis defense- which was graded with an outstanding. Her thesis was entitled: “Strategies and methods that can be put in place to improve conflict management in an organization; a case study at Motjane Primary School“.

ABSTRACT:
The study was undertaken at Motjane Primary School on the topic “Conflict Management “the main purpose was to investigate whether conflict management if not handled well in an organization would have a positive or negative effect on both the employer and employee Conflict management has been identified by various scholars to be very crucial to any organization. Organizations are therefore encouraged to take conflict seriously to enhance positive results. My research was inspired by the fact that the Ministry of Education does not seem to care about how their schools in the country are performing. The research will emphasize the various conflict management style- models- techniques- and strategies and which best fit Motjane primary school. This research reveals that conflict management is mostly needed in every organization. This research will also look at the strengths weaknesses of conflict management that are currently used at the ministry of Education to handle the conflict at Motjane primary school also will go deeper in search for the best strategies that can be followed by the ministry. It will also verify whether the conflict management in place is of good standard or accurate .
