We would like to congratulate Etelvina- Rector of the Autonomous University of Chiriquí in Panama- UNACHI.

The Association of Journalists of Chiriquí has granted recognition to Etelvina Medianero of Bonagas for her efficient work as a teacher of higher education and her extraordinary management as rector of the Autonomous University of Chiriquí.

We are very proud of her achievements- and we hope that she continues with this success.
