Introducing C’happiness: a Journey Within
Dr. Lucila’s C’happiness: La Llave que Abre Puertas (C’happiness: The Key that Opens Doors) is an exploration of happiness as something that is available for each of us, regardless of circumstance. Through her writing, Dr. Lucila guides us into discovering the power of mindset and how gratitude is paramount in our levels of happiness; ultimately we will see that happiness starts from the inside.
What is unique about C’happiness is Dr. Lucila’s ability to connect personal wisdom to universal truths. C’happiness incorporates Dr. Lucila’s life experiences and reflections to create an honest heartfelt narrative suited for individuals regardless of their walk of life. The book argues that individuals can claim their happiness and provides readers with practical tools to build a happy, fulfilling life.
Along with C’happiness, Dr. Lucila has written Examining Vita vs. Periods of Disorders, Diseases & Death Post- 2020.
