The truth is “You are what you eat!”
Do you want to be really healthier?
Reduce your intake of salt and sugar
And eat much less or no red meat
Dine on a variety of vegetables more
With a fruits potpourri sweet or sour
Keeping oily and fried food to a limit
Even as you miss them much for sure
As you eat quite bland so just endure
Ensuring an intake of a balanced diet
Having about eight hours of slumber
Making mind, body and soul stronger!
If one’s a cigarette or alcohol addict
Lessen or end them for a better future
For your life’s for your family so dear
To be physically and mentally fit
Staying active without much rigor
Being calm without getting sour
Patiently solve any problem bit by bit
So all stresses and worries disappear
Mindfully circumspect with no bother
Conscientiously give your life a lift
Do only whatever is right and proper
Make health your true wealth forever!
