Learn how to create a new prospect in case you receive a call in and the prospect is not registered in your PMS.
- You may find the call in form in the left menu under the Others category.
- In the next video, you will learn what to do in case the prospect is already in the system under a different Admissions Counselor.
- In order to avoid this issue, always ask the prospect if he/she has been previously in contact with another Admissions Counselor.
