As a teacher, I am committed to shaping students’ academic and personal development. According to John Dewey, education reform is the ability to assist learners in growth. I create lesson plans, guide cognitive, affective, and psychomotor learning, and provide evaluations. I address individual student differences, using tools like instructional strategies, homework assignments, and feedback systems to support their success. Challenges such as varying student learning needs are met with empathy, creativity, and adherence to school policies. I also continually upgrade my knowledge by attending seminars, ensuring I provide well-rounded, up-to-date instruction. Ultimately, my goal is to empower students to reach their full potential, both in and outside the classroom.
