The Postdoctoral Program in Nutrition Science aims to train professionals who wish to engage in research within the field of Nutrition, to be able to conduct it, to interpret the results and write them up according to the scientific literature, and to be able to publish and disseminate them in order to contribute to scientific knowledge and the advancement of science in general.
