The Civil Engineering is a broadly based discipline that includes a variety of specialties in the areas of mechanics, structural engineering, construction materials, environmental engineering, water resources engineering, geotechnical and environmental engineering, and Transportation engineering. This Postdoctoral Program in Civil Engineering is designed to advance the professional development of experienced civil engineering graduates and professionals in the civil engineering arena by extending their research and equipping them with broad research and process civil engineering skills, enabling them to make a key leadership contribution to their chosen fields.
Our program does not require every student to study the same subjects and use the same books and other learning materials as every other student.
