My EXPERIENCE TO AIU
First of all, I would like to
take this opportunity to express my sincerely thanks for getting chance to
study at Atlantic International University. I also give thanks to my teachers
who led and guided me well during my studies. I came to realize that AIU is
among the best university that offered different course through distance
learning of which it gives more chances to all people regardless of their ages
gape. When I studied the Atlantic International University I managed to obtain
knowledge and skills about how to manage the resources accordingly in order to
bring positive results to the organization. The proper selection of human
resource will determine either failure or increase the performance of the
organization. This is very important area when you think about recruiting the
staffs in your organization.
The course also helped me to
understand the procedures for solving the problem especially when you are
dealing with conflict management in any organization. Having those skills will reduce unnecessary
conflict between the employee and employers.
Further, the course offered by AIU also inspired me because it helped me
personally to be creative and innovative especially when you are considering
three aspects include speed in decision making, transparency and
accountability. Last but not least, I experienced that the AIU has good
teachers who have long experiences and corporation that make good relationship
between students and teachers. In addition to those, the AIU has plenty books
in the library that enable the students to access those reading materials. With
this regards therefore, I have many
experiences to share from AIU but let me end here for today. Thus, I highly
recommended all people who want to achieve their career to study at AIU because
it is best University items of Lecturers, reading materials, and cooperation.
