My experience at AIU was fulfilling and enriching and greatly rewarding because the Andragogic system of education is one that stimulates and motivates mentors and coaches to do aimproved job linkingor relating knowledge practicesand skills to what mature novices previously know. This gave me room to include my individual views, and leverage on already existing knowledge in carrying out tasks and it opened up a new horizon of possibilities for meI look forward to returning for my post doctoral research -Phyllis Ogah
