It is with great
pleasure to state that my academic experience with AIU was immensely satisfying
and great.
I always have desired
to full-fill a dream of completing a Doctoral
program in Organizational Development however, due to my work status and
work load, this dream was never realized until I discovered from my research
that my dream can be realized thru AIU’s Distance Learning Program.
The program was just
what I needed and most importantly, it valued my hands-on experience as a
professional in my field. As a student, I never lost touch the “campus”
experience since the way and manner students in this program, are treated as
though I was “In-Campus”.
Dr. Burton, has truly
guided me and has given me so much encouragements and motivation.
A colleague has
commented that in this part of the world (DUBAI, UAE) my profile as a
practitioner in Organizational Development “is very rare because I have both Academic and Professional
Practice combined”. This complement with humility made me feel very happy and
satisfied of my achievement and feels that I am in higher level of confidence
as a professional and practitioner in my field.
