My experience at AIU
I registered to the Human Resources Managementcourses with AIU for the purpose of learning Human Resources Management Practice worldwide, the developmentof Human Resources Management in both private in public industries. As such, I hoped to be able toeducate and counsel arange of new recruiters and to become competitive in the marketplace. In effect, my 14 years of HR experience were solely centered on DPKO.After the training with AIU, I feel more confident in providing guidance to my team and peers in all aspects of HR management. AIU courses were perfectly designed and they helped me achieve myprofessional goals. I am currentlyinvolved in the recruitment of both national and international staff members. Even though I already have that practical experience, the completion of the degree gave me a more global overview of HR practice.I consider myself fortunate for being an AIU graduate and express my sincere gratitude to the Institution.
