It is with much gratitude that I write this letter to address
you my sincere appreciation for helping me achieving a goal.
I have more than twenty years in the public administration.
I have held several positions as Manager, Minister, and cabinet member of Prime
Minister, First Lady and President of the Republic of Haiti.
Through out your dedication, I’m
now able to focus on this noble PHD degree at a university of international
renown. I want to thank all the teachers for their support, and the quality of
their coaching work. Particularly I would like to thank Mr. Gordon and Mr. Renato Cifuentes, Ms. Monica Serrano and Mr. Mario Cruz for the follow up and
their special attention to my case regarding methodologies and procedures.
