Experience Letter
This journey has been one of exhilaration and frustration at times over the last year but all in all it has been wonderful, demanding and challenging at all levels. After 30 in my profession and 3 other degree’s from major universities in North America I decided once again to embark on a new educational experience to complete my Doctorate of Business Management. I did enroll in regular program at the start but decided a year ago to change to Atlantic International since the attendance was coming to be an issue for me in terms of timing and my job travel schedule.
The virtual library of the University has excellent and up to date reference materials. There is no topic that one can’t investigate in terms of the content of the library materials.
My Academic advisor Dr. Valcin was strict but fair, ensuring that standards were met and kept within the international standards for a doctorate level research. My studies required me to be meticulous in my research but with a very participative approach with my advisor. I found the faculty removed the usual bottle necks found in most faculties. At the doctoral level the emphasis that students like myself must have experience that contributes fervently to their fields of endeavors is a very revealing at AIU, unique and admirable. I found my studies very inspiring and I would recommend AIU to anyone wanting to return to a higher level of education.
Thanks to all at the University,
Regards,
Howard Thaw, Doctorate of Business Management
