My experience began when I decided to do my PHD in Ethnomusicology with Atlantic International University online after successfully graduating with my Masters in Music. I was immediately contacted and was granted a scholarship and was admitted for the program. My journey began.
Immediately, I was asked to design my own courses which I did picking very interesting topics. My research into these topics were very exciting. The experience has been amazing. I learned and experienced so many new things in such a short period of time. I have no doubt developed my skills in composing, orchestrating, performing, analysing, conducting, studio works, administration and musicology, and teaching. I have also developed my creative skills.
Even though I already have a satisfying career, pursuing this advanced degree has supplemented my existing skills, and enhanced my current talents and experience. I have started a Music School.
The support I received from my tutor, advisor, and staff were incredible. You have helped me plan every semester to help me achieve my goal. I never could have gotten this far without you. Thank you for always checking up on me and showing you care. It is people like you who continue to inspire their students all the time. Your support, guide and encouragements have contributed to my success. Thank You!!
In conclusion, I’ll like to mention that Atlantic International University has made my dreams come true. I never dreamt that I could pursue my Doctorate degree in such a short time and be able to afford it. I would always recommend AIU to people who want to be inspired.
