My Experience at AIU:
To begin with, I started a PhD in one university in my country and I managed to complete the course work. But with my thesis I was not given the green light to start and I was frustrated because I spent one academic year there. Due to this, I deferred the programme and my dream of completing my PhD was hanging.
I had admission to study at a university in Ukraine for three years but I declined it due to some personal reasons. My dream came back to light when one day I searched through the internet and I saw Atlantic International University (AIU). So immediately I filled their forms and the same day I received a call from the university inviting me to start my PhD with them provided I was ready. Again, I mobilized funds and made the payment and begun the programme fully in may 2012.
At AIU I was satisfied with basically everything offered by the staff and the university at large. My phase two advisor was fabulous, superb, knowledgeable, critical, and very helpful, Dalila Mabene-William I say thank you and God bless you for the encouragement and the comments you made for all my assignments. With the other staff members I say well done and God bless you all.
AIU’s education is of quality and compared to none in the world. It has broadened my knowledge based in my field of study and I am proud of the university. AIU enabled me to published four papers within a year and this is unprecedented in my life. Now I am happy conducting research and reading more current books and journals and I can attribute these to the knowledge I acquired from AIU. AIU made me active, open-minded and dedicated to my study and once again I am proud of it.
I managed to pull two colleagues along and about five colleagues are about to start next month. I will always recommend AIU to friends, colleagues, and family members due to the experience I gain.
