A short but valuable note to you all at AIU
Now that I’m finding myself to the end of my two-year
course / journey I wanted to express my profound and sincere appreciation to
you all for your valuable and never-ending assistance during this two – year
distance learning journey. You have shown to me that distance does not present
an obstacle when it comes to knowledge. You welcomed me to a world that wasn’t
known to me and made me feel like an on-campus student.
In different sections of the faculty the
personnel are making a great work because the individuals that are placed in
each section have good knowledge, expertise and skills in order to perform
their duties in the best possible way. The tutors and academic advisors on the
other hand have guided me through the programme and showed me the correct
learning method. In addition, with great patience and certainty transmitted me
their knowledge and enabled me to achieve the best results I could ever have
during this two – year distance learning course. What is more, they help me
achieve my goals overcome the challenges that I faced, and gave me access to
the necessary tools in order to develop and improve my skills, abilities and
knowledge.
Through the online access of course material (videos,
explanations and examples) as well as the huge reservoir of books made me
gained knowledge which can now be used by me in practice daily.
The journey during my two – year attendance at
the AIU went through difficulties and different other problems because I had to
adjust my reading schedule with my daily work schedule. As an apostle of God,
you at the AIU have shown me the route so I could find my way back as a new
Odysseus to Ithaca. For me Ithaca was, my goal to complete the two – year
course and be able to attend more courses at AIU.
