This publication is a culmination of research conducted by Kaoxiong Songzacheng as part of the Doctorate in Safety Engineering program at Atlantic International University. It focuses on developing risk management procedures tailored for mining and hydroelectric power projects. The study addresses existing challenges in risk management, such as low awareness and lack of standardized communication among stakeholders. By analyzing current methods and tools, the research aims to provide actionable insights for organizations to enhance their risk management practices. The findings contribute to a better understanding of risk assessment and management, ultimately promoting safer operational environments in the industry.
