This study explores the relationship between Organizational DNA and innovation performance, particularly within WaterAid Ghana. It identifies key components such as organizational structure, decision-making processes, and motivational factors that influence innovation. The research emphasizes the significance of speed, transparency, and accountability in fostering a culture of innovation, enabling WaterAid Ghana to secure multiple funding sources and effectively address WASH poverty. By aligning its strategies with these principles, the organization demonstrates a successful model for enhancing innovation in the non-profit sector, ultimately contributing to sustainable development goals in water, sanitation, and hygiene.
