Associate in Nutrition

The Associate program in Nutritional Sciences helps students develop the skill set necessary to fill positions in food production schemes and work in quality assurance, product development, microbiology and chemical analysis, as well as in roles within consulting laboratories, government organizations and regulatory agencies.

Each AIU distance learning program is designed according to the professional and personal needs of the student, with the guidance of a university tutor. Students can learn how to build healthy habits with dieting, and these learned skills can then be utilized to teach others personal nutritional health.

Our program does not require every student to study the same subjects and use the same books and other learning materials as every other student. If you are a purpose-driven individual who wants to elevate their life and make a solid contribution to the world, then this program is for you.
