AIU would like to congratulate one of our graduates- Harold Alvarez Campos- for his most recent success. Harold has been nominated for the “Master of the Coast” award- in the call for La Casa del Maestro- organized by the University of the Coast.
As part of the presentation of La Casa del Maestro- the University of the Coast launched the ‘Premio al Maestro de la Costa’- an award that seeks to recognize the good practices of teachers and managers of all educational levels- making visible innovation projects that improve their social valuation.
“The ‘Award to the Master of the Coast’ highlights the work of the teacher as a special contribution to the transformation of society.
Casa del Maestro is a collaborative Innovation Center- aimed at incubating- developing and implementing pedagogical proposals that contribute to the quality of education at the basic- middle and higher levels in the Colombian Caribbean; strengthening the teacher’s competences comprehensively- motivating him to reflect permanently on his work in management- curriculum- didactics and evaluation.
Harold Alvarez Campos has completed a Doctorate- PhD program in Education at Atlantic International University.
