Atlantic International University will be now using Turnitin (an electronic text matching system) as a tool to help you identify any problems in your writing. Turnitin compares text in your assignment against electronic text on the Internet- in published works- on commercial databases- and in assignments previously submitted to Turnitin by students in universities all over the world- including assignments obtained from paper mills.
For each paper submitted Turnitin generates an “originality report” that rates the amount of text matching source files in the database on a scale from 0 to 100 percent. The report is presented in a very intuitive and detailed manner that will help you to take full advantage of its educational potential. The feature is now available in your student section
