AIU wants to congratulate one of our graduates- Emeribe Chike for his recent achievement.
Emeribe wrote an article on: “Analysis of Markov & Poisson Processes with Applications to Real-Life Situations” which has been published in the Journal of Nigeria Associations of Mathematical Physics and the abstract of his work is found below.
“Real-life stochastic phenomena are reviewed in order to highlight the role of Markov chains- Markov processes and Poisson processes with a view to predicting with high certainty the outcome of such phenomena. Illustrations are given on how future state of events can be determined given its present state without any reference to its past state.”
Emeribe completed both a Masters and Doctorate program in Electrical Engineering at AIU.
