Pucallpa is located in Peru where Dr. Gonzalez delivered a series of conferences within the University “Alas Peruanas”. This particular conference at campus Pucallpa was possible thanks to the contribution and organization of Dean Fidel Ramirez Prado PhD- who cordially invited Dr. Rodriguez to present this conference with subject “Education in the XXI Century”- to faculty and staff of the institution besides members of public and private institutions. The conference was opened by Mr. Groover Villanueva- assistant Dean- who welcomed Dr. Gonzalez to the premises and presented him with a special gift from the University.
