Ayodele Kuburat Olaosebikan has recently been appointed as the First Female Deputy Rector (Administration) of her Institution: The Federal Polytechnic Offa Kwara State Nigeria and we are sure that she will exceed expectations as she has throughout her studies with AIU.
Ayodele graduated with a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Communications. And her thesis was based on : Effective Leadership: The Place of Communication and Gender in Tertiary Educational Administration (A Study of Four(4) Tertiary Institutions in South-West and North-Central Geo-Political Zones in Nigeria).
We wish Ayodele the best on all her future projects and we congratulate her for this great achievement.
