John J. B. Silvia- Jr. President of IMS (International Manufacturing Services- Inc.- has been interviewed by an Estonian film crew who is planning to feature H. Henry Liiv- founder of IMS in an upcoming documentary series on the Estonian which is equivalent to our US PBS.
In his interview- he expresses his outlook on where the company came from- where it currently stands- his vision- strategy and outlook for the future of IMS in the world marketplace.
John has been partnered with Mr. Liiv since 1984 and after continuous employment- he became president in 2010. In December of 2011- he became the controlling owner and Chairman of the Board after closing a Major SBA loan through BankNewport.
Also- John has donated a generous quantity of Thin Film Chip Resistors to Brigham University; supporting their Electronics Research & Education in which his company- IMS was featured in Electronics Components World E-Zine.

John is currently enrolled in a Doctorate program in Business Management at AIU.
