Fernando Galván a graduate of the Doctorate program in Psychology has been sworn in as President of the Office for the Coordination of Electoral Logistics Abroad and Overseas Deputy for the entire area of New England; Danbury-Waterbury- CT; to Nashua- NH.
He states: “ It’s a tremendous challenge overall because of the voter’s growth abroad- especially in the new modality of electing the President and Vice President- as well as a new foreign Dominican Deputy with a seat in the Dominican Congress.”
The inauguration was celebrated in Washington Heights- NY by the Honorable Judge- President of the Central Electoral Board- Dr. Roberto Rosario on the 17th of February of 2012.
