Doctor of Education in Educational Research from AIU, Santa, belongs to the Dominican Republic. Current Director of an educational center since 2013, teaching from initial to secondary levels. Also, a lecturer at Universidad Dominicana O&M La Romana since 2005 and was promoted to Pedagogy Coordinator in 2013.

Post Doctorate of Education from AIU, Carlos is from Colombia. Recent roles include Director of Education at Municipality of Cartago, Rector of IE Manuel Quintero Penilla, and Lecturer at Universidad del Valle. Extensive experience in education, from universities to community projects.
