AIU wants to congratulate one of our students- Rodrigo Naranjo Arango for his recent success.
Rodrigo wrote a book named: “Habilidades del Lider” (Leader Skills).
Through this textbook he translates his experience of more than twenty-eight years in the job market- training- guiding and directing different groups of people from different cultures and sections of the Colombian geographical.
In a simple way this book focuses on the skills and strengths that leaders must develop of those who are truly committed to their learning process- to generate within the community and their companies healthy living and immensely improve living standards.
Rodrigo has completed a Masters program at AIU and is currently working on his Doctorate in Business Administration. We are very proud of his achievements- and we hope that he continues with this success- that is a byproduct of the effort and dedication that he has always shown.
