AIU’s deepest sympathy to those in peril in Myanmar and China.

AIU would like to take this opportunity to express our deepest sympathy to those who suffered the extreme consequences from powerful natural disasters in Asia.  On April 28^th Myanmar was hit with a huge Cyclone- Nargis leaving more than 120-000 dead and 56-000 others missing- then on May 12^th a powerful earthquake killed at least 60-000 people in China’s Sichuan province. Taking into consideration all the pain and suffering these people had gone through we would like to encourage anyone and everyone to take a part of the healing that the world needs- in special the healing that countries like China and Mynamar need in moments like this.  AIU has students from all over the world- which is why it is so important to us to lend a helping hand to whoever needs it in situations like this.  If you would like to help we ask you to please access any of the links provided at the bottom of our home page.  Let’s all remember how fortunate we are in our own ways- and also that even the smallest gesture from us today could represent a better tomorrow for those who just suffered this major loss.
