We would like to congratulate our student Eugenia Padovani de Arce for her most recent achievement. Eugenia has published a book titled- “New Shoes for my teacher: teacher training-” in Lulu Publishing. You can read a summary of the book below:
Summary:
Many teachers have expressed that universities have trained them to do an excellent job- but when they come to the classroom they realize that what they have learned is not enough- they feel powerless and overwhelmed. And it is that professionals- in any career- do not receive absolutely all the tools needed to do their job: it’s like shoes: At one point they get old or break. “New shoes for my teacher ” is the training manual they need. The teacher or teacher has to be sensitive to the personal needs that are presented to him- to be humble in understanding that he does not know everything and to be flexible to adapt. You have to learn to love yourself first and then love and care for your little ones- you have to continue to participate in special classes- reading new books- conversing with other colleagues- have to keep growing- if not shoes are filled with holes
