Summary:
Lifestyle- healthy eating and physical activity are important factors in maintaining health at all stages of life. Its role is important in the prevention and control of morbidity and mortality from chronic diseases- such as: cardiovascular disease- some cancers- type 2 diabetes- obesity- hypertension- malnutrition and osteoporosis. Therefore- healthy eating and regular physical activity help maintain a normal healthy weight and provide many benefits- such as: stimulating energy- happiness- health and well-being- reducing the risk of disease and prolonging life.
