Social Development sector, the one of sectors in ministry of gender, labour and social development is concerned with addressing gender inequalities, labour and employment, community mobilization and empowerment, the rights and needs of the vulnerable and disadvantaged populations such as People with Disabilities, older persons, youth, orphans and other vulnerable children  as well as the chronically poor people.
