CAREER SUMMARY
Admissions Counselor (Remote) Profile: Atlantic International University, U.S.A. (aiu.edu) – May 2020 to date Duties: -Reaching out via emails, phone calls or chats to prospective students or applicants. Assessing them academically, financially and eventually enrolling them into the university. -Its involves granting them pre-qualifying interviews, reviewing their academic documents and assisting them through the enrolment process till they are eventually enrolled.
Project /site Administrator Kapra Urc Ltd. (civil engineering & construction) – Jan 2014 – Oct. 2018 Duties: -Managed the day to day running of the site including technical and operational teams towards project objectives. These include working very closely with site engineers and concrete foremen to deliver works according to the project scope. -Prepare letters, reports for circulation, plan and hold periodical site meetings for stakeholders i.e. Regional Engineer, Ministry of roads and highways / Ghana Highway Authority representatives, road area managers amongst others. -A liaison for the company, made negotiations with relevant agencies/suppliers of materials on behalf of the company as well as supervised the delivery of materials on site such as bitumen, diesel, laterite, chippings, boulders etc. and to ensure they are of the right quality and volume. Supervised the pre-coating of granite for sealing works. -Supervised the smooth operation of equipment rental processes and works done by equipment (backhoe, grader, steel drum roller, excavator, and dozer) operators and assess their performances. Time sheet was designed to record trucks and equipment performance -Ensured fuel was efficiently used by trucks and equipment and put measures in place to curb fuel siphoning.

Duties: -Assessed customer needs/issues over the phone to achieve first call resolution. -Generate customer loyalty by exceeding customer expectation. -Attained monthly targets specified by the process. -Excellent in converting the cold calls in to new assignment. -Provided technical and analytical support at the call center.
Distributor Sales Representative (DSR) Unilever Ghana Ltd -April 2012 – September 2012 Duties: -Sold Unilever branded products to existing customers while prospecting for new ones. -Promoted company goals through excellent customer service. -Built customer relationship and growing customer base through company’s laid down sales and promotional procedures.
Team leadership (National Service Personnel) National Service Scheme. 2007. Duties: -Co-chair, National Service Persons Association (NASPA) week planning committee, Sandema. Upper East Region (UER). -Coordinated the sourcing of funds and sponsorships for the celebration of NASPA week in the region. -Liaised with other district executives of the region in organizing the NASPA programme of activities in the district for the first time successfully.
