Integral Culture at AIU
Integral culture based on the person, is one that includes all the existing components in the individual, in their relationships, and in the environment in which they move. For example, in society our culture tells us we need to greet someone, ask who they are, say ‘bless you’ when they sneeze, we want the same to happen in AIU with the following ideas:

the ability of the human being to learn autonomously, self-monitoring, self-motivating, self-evolving in the infinite abundance of health, money, love and joy.

Unique and Unrepeatable

be aware that no interaction we have will be repeated in the same way. That each person is different in how he thinks, how he acts, how he learns and how he is. It is up to us to constantly evolve with the awareness that we are never the same because we are always changing both individually and collectively.

Exponential Growth

is when taking advantage of technology doubles, triples, quadruples, etc, etc what we are, what we do, what we know, what we want in each of our areas: person, family, social, work, professional, economic, spiritual … As humans we are used to having a linear progress, slow but steady because it is more cautious. The idea with the exponential growth is to lose that fear and grow faster as companies that adapt to exponential growth have with access to 50 million users. For example, phones took 75 years to complete them, cars 62 years, electricity 46 years, credit cards 28 years, television 22 years, ATMs 18 years, computers 14 years, cell phones 12 years, internet 7 years, Facebook 4 years, WeChat 1 year, PokemonGo 19 days.
