Financial Evaluation

Chapter 1

In this video you will learn how to qualify a prospect financially by asking the right questions.

  • First, cover the current tuition cost according to the prospect's program. Always go by the updated tuition in our website
  • Always ask how much the prospect has set aside in their budget to pay for their studies
  • Do not discard the payment in full option immediately. You'd be surprised at how many prospects can and rather pay in full in order to save 30% or more vs. the Payment Plan 2 (the total cost of the motnhly payments)
  • If the prospect can't pay in full, design a custom payment plan based on the monthly amount they can afford
  • Remember you can extend the number of payments to provide financial assistance
  • If extending the number of payments still doesn't help meet the student budget, you may offer a scholarship. Always make sure the student understand the priviledge of receiving the scholarship and ask why should they receive it before other students
  • Give a time limit to enroll if you provide a scholarship. You may ask the prospect to enroll that week and accept the scholarship, or it will be cancelled and given to another student as scholarship funds are limited
  • If you would like to know what are the allowed scholarships and maximum monthly payments, please refer to our Payment Plan Calculator. For anything in red, you must get approval
  • Feel free to follow the script if you are a New AC. However, make sure to develop your own personalized speech after a while so you don't sound like a robot!
