With over 24 years of professional experience, including 13 years in top managerial roles across various fields, Stella has carved an impressive path in Finance, Management, ICT, Business Development, Project Management, Procurement, Audit, and International Relations.

Stella's story is one of relentless pursuit, where her journey of self-improvement and leadership excellence led her to represent the Nigerian Communications Commission at prestigious international gatherings, such as the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), Commonwealth Telecommunication Organization (CTO), African Telecommunications Union (ATU), and West Africa Telecommunications Regulators Assembly (WATRA). She has also attended esteemed conferences like the Mobile World Congress organized by GSMA and the International Regulator Forum and Annual conferences organized by the International Institute of Communication (IIC).
Currently, Stella holds significant roles, serving as the Vice Chair of the Council Working Group on Child Online Protection for the ITU in the African Region and as the ITU Council Standing Committee on Administration and Management Chair. Her tireless dedication to child online protection is a testament to her commitment to making the internet safer for children across the globe.

While at AIU, Stella remained actively engaged in her mission to promote Child Online Protection in Nigeria, Africa, and internationally. She participated in her organization's Internal Working Group on Child Online Protection (IWG-COP) at the country level, collaborating with stakeholders from the private sector, government, and NGOs to advance COP initiatives.

Stella's academic journey also highlighted the importance of success and failure factors in entrepreneurship, enriching her understanding of business dynamics. Armed with this knowledge, she now approaches business ventures strategically, aiming for sustainable success.
