AIU wants to congratulate one of our students, Maria Tjandra Resele for her recent success.

Maria published a cookbook titled: “Eat Well and Feel Fabulous- World Cuisine with an Eastern Flair” a nutritional cookbook based on 3 years of research in healthy dieting that has been clinically proven and has been tested at home with family, friends and clients.

Infused with a passion for food that is exciting and nutritious, yet easy to prepare. The internationally varied recipes in this book are bound to make eating more of an adventure than a necessity.

The book contains:

·         General information about Nutrition

·         A healthy lifetstyle

·         Neither complicated nor extreme diets

Maria completed a Bachelors program in Nutrition. We are very proud of her achievements and we hope that she continue with this success.
