Carlos Alberto Rossi will present a conference in Harvard University on June 25^th of the Nexus EQ-at the intersection of emotion, neuroscience, learning and leadership.

I was successful and working hard — until I spent 5 days in a deep coma. When I returned to life, I decided it was time to change. To find purpose and to focus on what’s truly important. Now I’m practicing EQ, moment by moment, rewiring the synapses to focus on relationships. Before, I lived for myself first. Now, I’m working to be fully alive and connected with others, and to discover the emotional equilibrium necessary to lead a life in peace.

Carlos is currently enrolled in two Doctorate programs simultaneously; Human Resources and Education. And he is also the President of Realmind Human Resources Consultancy in Ecuador.
