Pucallpa is located in Peru where Dr. Gonzalez delivered a series of conferences within the University “Alas Peruanas”. This particular conference at campus Pucallpa was possible thanks to the contribution and organization of Dean Fidel Ramirez Prado PhD, who cordially invited Dr. Rodriguez to present this conference with subject “Education in the XXI Century”, to faculty and staff of the institution besides members of public and private institutions. The conference was opened by Mr. Groover Villanueva, assistant Dean, who welcomed Dr. Gonzalez to the premises and presented him with a special gift from the University.
